The Freizeitpark MOUNTAIN BEACH leisure park cannot be compared to conventional facilities, since it is a combination of bathing and leisure amenities that is unique in Austria. Today the leisure park, covering over 27,000 m² of which c. 7,000 m² is water, is Austria’s largest and most remarkable Nature experience park.
MOUNTAIN BEACH should appeal not just to bathing enthusiasts, but to all those looking for numerous other leisure facilities. MOUNTAIN BEACH is a leisure park for every season. Bathing pools and swimming pools are currently very much in fashion. The reasons are obvious: Here one can bathe in a relaxed atmosphere in the middle of the natural world.
The pleasantly soft water remains clean without the use of chlorine and chemicals. Who has not ever dreamed of bathing in a crystal-clear pool? In the open air? Fed by pure spring water of the very best quality?
It is an innovative project which combines the concept of closeness to and integration with Nature. 7,000 m² of water are cleaned uniquely and solely by the purifying power of 13,000 selected plants.
The two lakes are linked by a stream that is transformed hourly by an ingenious sluice system into air mattress rafting rapids. A beach volleyball court, diving towers, a suspension bridge and so much more complete the range of leisure facilities.
